This Nissan flywheel dowel pin (alignment pin). It is pressed into the crankshaft flange and used to precisely locate and align the flywheel during installation. This ensures correct positioning relative to the crankshaft, preventing imbalance, vibration, or misalignment of the clutch assembly.
