New Genuine Nissan BNR32 GTR Nismo Oil Separator or Oil Catch Can. Anyone who runs a boosted motor such as the RB26DETT should run this unit. Made specially for the GTR, this unit is a handmade tig welded polished aluminum Separator with all necessary hardware, molded hoses, and specific mounting brackets. This Nismo Separator runs in line with your PCV system. Where the PCV controls pressure, this unit catches air borne particles of oil found under boosted conditions. When mixed with you air fuel ratio, the extra oil plays havoc with your GTR’s Airflow Sensor and Throttle Body leaving heavy deposits on these components. Additionally, the returning oil will coat your intake, pistons and reduce horsepower. We have even seen intercoolers, outlet tubes and air filters coated in oil. This unit serves as a catch to pull the oil particles out of the air system and retuning oil free air back fuel mixture. Nismo designed this unit with the GTR in mind and is a very effective design.
