The stock turbine outlet pipes are notorious for their restrictive internal diameters, leading to heightened secondary exhaust pressure. Unfortunately, this often results in a loss of power, compromised responsiveness, and inconsistent boost pressure. Enter the TOMEI outlet pipes – meticulously designed with larger internal diameters to significantly enhance exhaust gas flow efficiency while minimizing secondary exhaust gas pressure. This precise design has undergone rigorous testing on engine bench dynos during our R&D processes and has proven its prowess on race tracks, backed by Tomei's ARMS turbines.
These one-piece casted units, free from welds, are engineered to prevent issues commonly found with the lost wax casting method. Tomei considered every detail, including a casted O2 sensor bung specifically for R32 GTR applications, as well as an exhaust sensor bung plug casted in place for R32 and R33 GTRs. To enhance ease of installation, Tomei added improved recess areas in challenging spots for better tool access.
