New Genuine R34 GT/GTT Skyline RB25DET Neo PCV Valve or Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve. This valve is critical to offer blow-by control so as not to over pressure the oil pan and lower end oiling system. Over pressurization can cause oil pan blotting or worse, crankshaft damage requiring a total engine rebuild. If you just got your hands on a GTT, this is a low cost no brainer.
