This genuine Nissan OEM heater return pipe assembly (“pipe assy–heater return, front”) is designed for the VG30DETT engine used in the Z32 chassis and fits the USDM Nissan 300ZX (1990–1996) and JDM Fairlady Z (1989–1996) equipped with twin-turbo engines. It is a formed metal pipe that routes coolant between the engine and heater system, playing a key role in the more complex cooling layout required for turbocharged models. Because naturally aspirated VG30DE engines do not utilize this turbo-specific routing, this component is exclusive to TT applications and is correct for OEM maintenance or restoration.
