The factory twin turbos on the RB26DETT run out of breath quickly once you chase serious power. The Garrett GT2860R-5 Twin Turbocharger Set (836026-5005S) delivers a complete matched pair of performance turbos engineered to support up to 700+ horsepower with the right supporting mods. These dual ball-bearing units feature the proven GT Series aerodynamics, internally wastegated turbine housings, and high-nickel castings built to withstand extreme conditions while providing faster spool, smoother power delivery, and superior durability compared to the OEM setup.
Each turbo offers a 47mm inducer / 60mm exducer compressor wheel, oil and water cooling, and a direct-fit T25 flange with approximately 14 psi actuator. This matched pair upgrade gives balanced boost across both banks for reliable high-power RB26 builds on street, track, or drag applications.

Questions & Answers
Ask a Question-
For these do you just take out the old turbos and instal these just the same as how the old ones were?
Hi this will be a pretty much bolt in installation. On very rare occurrences, there could be clearancing of the turbos that might have to be done. There is one modification needed to the oil system to get these to match to your factory system. You can either modify your fittings, fabricate new ones or use the ATP units. We offer ATP components to get this done depending on if you want to use male or female flange. Here are some links that might help. Thanks.
