New Genuine R32, R33, R34 GTR Skyline RB26DETT PCV Valve or Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve. This valve is critical to offer blow-by control so as not to over pressure the oil pan and lower end oiling system. Over pressurization can cause oil pan blotting or worse, crankshaft damage requiring a total engine rebuild. If you just got your hands on a GTR, this is a low cost no brainer.
