Once the valve is removed for cleaning or service, the original gasket is usually torn or flattened and no longer holds vacuum. A leak here causes unstable idle and can create a lean condition at low load. The factory Nissan part 16076-05U00 is still listed but carries a high price and inconsistent availability.

The JRE (Japanese Restoration Equipment) IAC Valve Gasket for RB26DETT (part number 16076-JRU00) is a die-cut gasket made to strict OEM standards from the identical material. It matches the original in looks, feel, and function so it seals the same way as the Nissan piece. One is required per RB26.

At Terra Firma Automotive we supply this JRE IAC valve gasket so the RB26 idle circuit seals correctly at a lower cost than the original Nissan part.
